Between Boiçucanga and Maresias. There is a track close after Boiçucanga, up and down the mountain, for trekking or motorcycle only. It's a hard but groovy walk, among the "Mata Atlântica" environment.
Or you can take a 15' boat trip at Boiçucanga beach. Ask to the fishermen.
Both ways are worthy, the environment is groovy. The track can be exhausting, specially coming back, but the boat will leave and take you at the outside, never at the sand.
