Drive North from Tampico until yuo reach the Altamira Induatrial zone. Turn East onto the access road and drive until you reach the Jetties. Drive North on the dirt road until you reach the Beach. You will see 2 large jetties running out to create the ship channel with a smaller jetty to the South extending ashort way out.
